Grafton Hill’s Mulcahy Field is a four-acre park is located on Dorchester Street right next to East Middle School. Mulcahy Field has been a park since 1946, when it was transferred from the school department.

This park features three ball fields, a playground, a basketball court, and a batting cage. There is also a park building with public restrooms, but is locked up and in disuse. Mulcahy Field is the home of Tom Ash Little League.

The city has plans to move the basketball court closer to Dorchester Street, make the playground area larger, and to redo both the baseball and softball fields, moving them closer together so that a walking path can be installed around the perimeter of the park.
