Partnership Options
- Park Spirit Member Organization
- Specific park or neighborhood groups can become ‘member organizations’ of Park Spirit, falling under the 501(c)3 umbrella and having access to all of Park Spirit’s resources, including a bank account and taxes completed annually, voting status on Park Spirit’s board, assistance with permitting and programming, and webpage hosting through parkspirit.org
- Costs $50 annually, requires acceptance and approval by Park Spirit’s board of directors and annual submission of minutes and an annual report.
- Shared interest partner
- With an existing 501(c)3 or organizational entity, to include a formalized partnership to collaborate about a shared interest, to include shared programming and regular informational sharing. Could potentially include voting status on Park Spirit’s board.

- Friends
- Basic information sharing about upcoming events and shared interests.
