Park Spirit of Worcester, Inc. is a small 501(c)3 coordinated and administrated completely by volunteers. In 2017, we coordinated more than 50 events in more than 50 parks.
We work to program, promote, and protect parks as vital public resources. We meet regularly for decision making, planning, and discussion.
Worcester has 60 parks and ample publicly accessible green space. We want to see that space utilized and sustained into perpetuity.

Join Us
Park Spirit is a volunteer administrated 501(c)3 nonprofit organization – a community of members – working to promote the protection, enhancement, and use of Worcester’s parks and public spaces. Our members – their interests, efforts, activities, and contributions – create Park Spirit’s identity.
By registering as a member of Park Spirit of Worcester, Inc. and contributing annual membership dues, you help financially sustain our community and become eligible to take advantage of the many opportunities and resources that our community affords.
Members have the opportunity to host meetings and events, initiate and work on a project, initiate and work on a community group, fundraise for a park or public space cause, vote at the annual Park Spirit Membership Meeting, and serve on the board of directors of Park Spirit.
Your contribution makes a real impact in caring for and developing Worcester’s public parks for the betterment of the entire community.
